Crackhead Bob tries to call a Taxi.

Due to the amount of crack this guy has smoked, it has really messed his speech up.

Bob calls 3-4 different times, but is unable to tell the guy where the taxi needs to pick him up at. This clip is about a minute and a half long, and even at the end he was unable to get a cab to pick him up.
